With two weddings back to back this past weekend and a bridal show on Sunday, we are exhausted…but not exhausted enough to seriously not post this amazing short film from Kelsey and Kent’s magical fall wedding this past Friday! Busy weekend for us! Back to back weddings during this gorgeous summer weekend. Friday was the celebration of Chelsea and Harley’s gorgeous wedding day. Down in Westchester County at the Tappan Hill Mansion, the new Mr. and Mrs. Harley James were married by our groom’s step mother Diane with an amazing view of the Hudson River in view. Lauren + Matt’s short film is posted! Worked early this morning on this short. What an amazing start to our weekend. Lauren, a cousin of MV Films owner Matt celebrated her wedding with husband Matt down in the heart of Philadelphia at @finley catering’s @union trust. Family weddings are always something special for us. Having had the opportunity to travel down to Philadelphia and stay for a few days, experience a little bit Philly’s culture and of course have a famous cheesesteak, the weekend celebration was just perfect. Can’t thank enough David Long of @epicfilmmakers for making the trip down and his filming assistance for this very special couple. First time ever filming a wedding in Philly and it for sure will not be the last. On a personal note, it was great to see all of my cousins, aunts and uncles at this family wedding…to many to tag but you know who you are and can’t wait for you all to see this short film. Another Cyr Wedding in the books. Yes, Adam, the youngest sibling of the Cyr family is now a married fellow. We’ve known Adam for over 10 years and this was especially an honor to film their special day as we filmed our groom’s sister Stephanie’s wedding back 10 years ago. Stephanie’s wedding was the first of three for us, followed up by Adam’s older brother Brian who’s wedding we did 7 years ago. And that brings us up to yesterday, where Adam surrounded by family and friends, married Katerina, the love of his life. Even with the slightest rain/sleet that we encountered, that didn’t stop us from heading up to Castle Craig in Meriden to the exact same spot where Adam proposed to Katerina for a few creative shots.
